the summer of pinterest

Today I started a pin board that  has the the DIY crafts that I plan to try this summer! They include clutches pillows and some dresses. I plan to spend a lot of time at goodwill and the fabric store. Here are some pictures of my possible upcoming blog topics. Rolo chocolate cookies! delicious right? and it is one of the easiest recipe I've ever seen its a box devils food cake cake mix. 1/3 of a cup of oil 2 eggs and a bag of Rolos. when i read the recipe i didn't think they would work but it did and they were fantastic! I plan on making them for any party I have to go to from now on.   recipe

Cheap skinny jeans from your flooding pants

One of the crafts I did was I turned my flooding boot cut pants into skinny jeans. and it worked perfectly! first you turn your pants inside out and then you just take a pair of skinny jeans that already fit and line the inner seams up. You do a line of pins up the outs side of your inside out boot cut pants. then you sew over the pins. this gives you the outer seam of your pants you do a strengthen seam so you just rip though your pants. when you cut off the excess fabric and turn you pants the right way you now have a new pair of skinny jean that cost nothing.http://meandmine-blog.blogspot.com/2012/04/diy-refashioned-jeans.html   

With Pinterest being such a huge website there are a lot of crafts that you can do this blog is about how well they work. With so many different recipes and tips there has to be some that have failed I have made cookie and turned my pants into skinny jeans.
